Terms of Use & Master Service Agreement

To access our Learning Management System (LMS), training portals, or client dashboards, you must have an authorized account created or provisioned by Youdex Technologies. Public automated registration is restricted to preserve academic and platform integrity.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent if you are an enrolled college student or minor participant.
• Accurate Information: When registering, you (or your sponsoring institution) agree to provide accurate, true, and complete details, including full legal name, salutation, gender, active email, mobile number, educational institution, and verifiable payment details (UTR number and payment proof screenshot).
• Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password. Any activity conducted through your authenticated account is presumed to be authorized by you.
• Immediate Termination: Youdex reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these terms or sharing unauthorized access with third parties.

Youdex Technologies delivers structured training programs, industrial internships (4, 8, 12, and 16 weeks duration), live capstone projects, and career enablement tracks across modern computer science disciplines (Full Stack, Python, Java, AI/ML, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Cloud/DevOps, UI/UX, Mobile Apps, Backend Development, and Embedded/IoT).

• Curriculum Delivery: Programs may combine self-paced structured modules, live mentor masterclasses, hands-on lab assignments, and project evaluations.
• Certificates & Letters of Completion: Official Certificates and Letters of Completion are awarded solely upon fulfilling minimum curriculum completion criteria, verified project submissions, and code quality evaluations. Youdex certificates attest to technical competence achieved in our programs and are verifiable at youdex.in/certifications/verify. They are not accredited degrees or university diplomas unless formally co-branded under a bilateral institutional MOU.
• No Job / Salary Guarantee: While Youdex provides high-standard industry training and placement guidance, we do not guarantee job offers, minimum salaries, interviews, or promotions. Career outcomes depend entirely on individual student diligence, aptitude, portfolio, and employer market conditions.

• Fee Schedule: Program, internship, and SaaS subscription fees are published on our official website or in customized institutional proposals. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) or agreed foreign currency via authorized channels.
• Registration Charges: Registration/Seat allocation charges (20% of the total program fee or ₹1,000 + GST, whichever is higher) are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances once paid.
• Electronic Payment Processors (EPPs): We partner with RBI-authorized third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, Cashfree, UPI networks, and scheduled commercial banks). By making a payment, you authorize us and our EPP partners to process your transaction. Youdex does not store sensitive card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
• Taxes: All fees are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Government of India.

All refund, cancellation, batch change, and domain transfer matters are strictly governed by our comprehensive Refund & Rescheduling Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms:

• No Refund Post Access: Once login credentials, LMS access, learning materials, or program details have been dispatched, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of the reason.
• Batch Change: Must be requested within 24–48 hours of registration and before the commencement date; subject to seat availability, permitted once per student, with a ₹500 administrative fee.
• Domain Change: Not permitted once training has started. Pre-commencement domain transfer requests are subject to seat availability and payment of any fee difference.
• Rescheduling by Student: Written notice required at least 7 business days before the program start date; permitted once within 90 days with a ₹500 rescheduling fee.
• Full Refund Exception: In the rare event that Youdex cancels a scheduled program entirely or fails to commence it within 15 business days of the published date, enrolled students are entitled to a 100% refund of fees paid.

To maintain an environment of professional excellence and cyber-safety, all users agree NOT to:

• Copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or extract source code from Youdex software, LMS platforms, or APIs.
• Share, rent, sell, or disclose your LMS login credentials, verification keys, or course access tokens to any other individual or entity.
• Plagiarize code, forge project submissions, or submit third-party commercial works as original coursework for certification.
• Engage in abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, or disruptive behavior towards instructors, mentors, fellow learners, or staff in community channels or live sessions.
• Use the website or LMS to inject malware, spam, viruses, or execute denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.

• SaaS Availability: Youdex makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure 99.5% uptime for hosted SaaS solutions. Scheduled maintenance, third-party cloud outages, or internet backbone failures are excluded from availability commitments.
• Client Data: SaaS clients retain all rights to business data entered into Youdex software. Youdex processes client data strictly pursuant to the Master Service Agreement and the India Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023.
• Custom Development: Turnkey IT, AI, and enterprise software projects are governed by separate Statements of Work (SOW) or Proposals defining deliverables, milestones, sign-offs, and warranties.

By enrolling, registering, or providing your contact details, you expressly consent to receive operational communications, program alerts, batch schedules, payment receipts, certificate notifications, and administrative updates via Email, SMS, WhatsApp Business messaging, and in-app notifications. You may manage marketing communication preferences by contacting support, but transaction and program-critical alerts cannot be opted out of while enrolled.

Youdex Technologies shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, earthquakes, floods, fires, cyclones, pandemics, epidemics, civil unrest, curfews, riots, strikes, labor disputes, internet backbone disruptions, power outages, cloud service provider downtimes, or governmental regulatory actions. In such circumstances, obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

These Terms of Use, their interpretation, and any disputes or claims arising out of or related to our programs, platforms, or services shall be governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. All parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

In accordance with Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the name and contact details of the Grievance Officer are published below:
