1Applicability & Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to all digital personal data collected directly or indirectly through our website, LMS student portals, registration forms, payment reconciliation workflows, certificate verification systems, and official support communications (Email, Phone, WhatsApp). It does not apply to third-party websites or services linked to or from our website, which maintain their own independent privacy notices.

We collect personal data strictly to deliver structured technical education, verify industrial internship participation, manage student identities, and fulfill statutory obligations:
A. Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
Full legal name, salutation (Mr., Ms., Mrs.), gender (for personalized certification and formal completion letters), primary email address, 10-digit mobile contact number, WhatsApp number, college / university / academic institution name, residential or billing address (where required for physical dispatches or invoicing).
B. Academic & LMS Information
Enrolled technical domain (Full Stack, Python, Java, AI/ML, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Cloud/DevOps, UI/UX, Mobile Apps, Backend Development, Embedded/IoT), program duration (4, 8, 12, or 16 weeks), batch allocation, assignment submissions, GitHub repository URLs, capstone evaluations, attendance records, and unique certificate verification identifiers.
C. Payment & Transaction Reconciliation Data
Payment method chosen (UPI, Net Banking, Razorpay, Bank Transfer, Cash), Bank UTR / Transaction Reference Number, and an administrative screenshot proof of transaction uploaded during registration for billing reconciliation. Notice: We do NOT store credit or debit card numbers, expiration dates, or CVVs on our servers; all card transactions are processed securely through RBI-compliant third-party Electronic Payment Processors.
D. Non-Personal & Technical Telemetry
Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, device hardware specifications, operating system, session duration, referring URLs, and system access logs recorded to prevent cyber abuse and ensure platform security.
Data Minimization Principle: Youdex collects only data necessary for education, credentialing, and billing. Users must never upload unrequested sensitive personal information such as Aadhaar biometric data or banking PINs.

- Public Certificate Verification: When an employer or institution enters a student's unique Certificate ID on our verification page, the student's name, domain, duration, and issue date are verified for academic fraud prevention.
- Corporate Restructuring: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, user records will transition under the same confidentiality standards.
6Data Security & Storage Safeguards
In accordance with Rule 8 of the SPDI Rules 2011, Youdex implements comprehensive physical, operational, and technical security safeguards:
- Encryption in Transit: 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data exchanged between your browser and our servers.
- Cryptographic Password Hashing: Passwords are never stored in plain text; they are secured using modern cryptographic hashing algorithms (bcrypt/argon2).
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Student records, UTR proofs, and administrative tools are restricted strictly to authorized Super Admin and Admin personnel with audit logging.
- Secure Payment Communication: Payment transactions are transmitted over secure end-to-end encrypted gateways.
Disclaimer: While we implement industry-standard defenses, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% immune from sophisticated cyberattacks. Users are advised to protect their passwords and avoid sharing login sessions.
7Data Retention Policy
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the educational program, reconcile financial transactions, and satisfy statutory tax and legal requirements. Educational certificate verification records and unique Certificate IDs are maintained indefinitely to allow lifelong verification for alumni unless a graduate explicitly requests erasure subject to identity confirmation.
